DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSE

Audiobooks, eBooks, downloadable files, and other digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Digital products may not be copied for others, shared publicly, resold, redistributed, uploaded to another platform, used to train artificial-intelligence systems, or otherwise exploited without written permission from Bob Bailey Studios, LLC.

Access may be delivered or supported by a third-party digital-delivery provider. Customers must provide an accurate email address and follow the reasonable access instructions supplied after purchase.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many books, apparel items, gifts, and other physical products are manufactured individually after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, placement, texture, dimensions, paper, binding, or appearance can occur because of screens, materials, production methods, and manufacturing tolerances. Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, formats, editions, size charts, colors, quantities, personalization, and delivery information before ordering.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

We may use third-party providers to process payments, deliver digital products, print books, manufacture merchandise, calculate shipping, and fulfill orders. Information reasonably necessary to complete an order may be shared with those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, formats, prices, designs, descriptions, availability, and fulfillment arrangements may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, cancel orders, or issue refunds when a product cannot be produced or delivered as represented.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The names, text, artwork, photographs, recordings, designs, logos, characters, product concepts, and other content offered through Ken Bailey Gifts and Bob Bailey Studios are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
